Covering New Ground-

UPDATE: Some texture .dds files have been posted in a new post. Feel free to use them as desired.

Here are some science-fiction(ish) themed terrain paints I made recently to assist me on my alien worlds exploration.

The Mines of Tanizlar (see post labeled CAW for more pics)

There are 5 sets (4 sets of 5 and 1 set of 3 for a total of 23 paints). The display pics were taken ingame on ground measuring 8x16 tiles each. Each file is numbered and referenced on an image included the download.
I'm calling this batch Release A because I have many more dozens of textures I intend to convert into terrain paints and CAW textures (1024x1024 in .dds format). You can do as you please with these textures, just kindly link back to this blog when you give credit.

Lofty ideas

Madison's loft is under construction.
I believe I have the layout mapped from video footage of my game.
 It's rather scarcely furnished which is a bonus.
Here are some shots of the preliminary building.
This is the first building I actually make from abso-scratch.
Pretty sure I want the brick and concrete darker.

I want pools where those woodchip patches are, with koi fish =]
Off I go to build.

Glennbury Hall: My Rendition of a Concert party lot for the whole fambly.

"Hey Cheese, I would like to build a theatre/concert hall like this, where do I get the loot to make it nice?"

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that the:

-specialty track lighting and drumkit, mic stand, keyboard, speakers, synth stations are from Luna Sims Lulamai

-grand piano is from TSR as are the popcorn machine, coke dispensers and cups from the diner

-the hot air balloon is from Pro Sims

-the fully dressed doll is from JUST KIDDING! no dolls in muh game

- the payphone, softdrink machines and the icebox (ammiright?), newspaper dispenser, mailbox are from Aikea Guinea conversions

- you can replace the sims default flag with a country flag by grabbing a mod at MTS

-hibiscus flowers from TSR

-Golden Arches rabbithole sign from MTS
